The Marine Corps Exchange complex at Camp Lejeune, is one of the largest in the Marine Corps. With more than 29 activities throughout the base, the exchange offers a multitude of articles and services.

These articles include military uniforms, men's, women's and children's clothing, jewelry, cameras, electronics, sporting goods and equipment, hardware, household items, toys, health and comfort items, supplementary food items, cosmetics and notions. Contract services include photo finishing, taxi service, U-Haul Truck Rentals and Western Union Service.

The Food Court at the Exchange Mall includes: Burger King, Anthony's Pizza, Big Dog House, Carolina Chicken & BBQ, Oriental Express, and the Robin Hood Deli.

A Military Clothing Sales Store and an Exchange Uniform Shop are provided for shopping convenience. In addition, the Exchange operates three Automotive Service Stations, including Auto Repair Facilities. Tires and other items of auto accessories and parts are available. Hours of operation are posted at each facility.
